Order Turnaround
Orders are shipped regularly on Mondays and Thursdays.
Delivery Times
The approximate delivery times for each region are as follows:
- UK: 1-3 days
- Europe: 5-21 days
- Rest of World: 5-28 days
Most orders do arrive quickly but customs can delay deliveries. If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 days please contact me for help.
International Shipping
I ship internationally to all countries by Airmail.
Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct address. I cannot be held responsible for missing items if you provided an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully and inform me of any issues. If an order is returned, you will be charged another shipping fee to resend it.
Lost or delayed items
If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please let me know so we can get it investigated. Please check with your neighbours/building supervisor/local delivery office first in case it’s sitting in a corner somewhere.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order please return in unused/unread condition within seven days of receipt for a full refund via Paypal. Please contact me before returning any items.
Fraud Prevention
I reserve the right to cancel an order and refund in full for any reason without explanation.
